Warranties & Returns
Our standard range of rainwater tanks are covered by a 10 year warranty (not pro-rata). Our standard range of cartage and spray tanks are covered by a similar warranty for a period of 5 years. If you find that goods you have received from Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd are defective due to manufacturing fault or fail in any way during the warranty period, fail to perform as advertised or are not the same as advertised, you have the right to return the goods with proof of purchase to us for replacement or a refund. Refunds do not include initial freight costs. Freight costs to return goods are the responsibility of the consumer. All freight costs to return replacement goods will be paid for by Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd.
Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd will not replace a faulty item under warranty if it is found that the item in question has either been damaged in transit, abused, misused, altered, tampered with or used in a way that it was not designed for or in the case where you have simply changed your mind.
Disputes
If you have a grievance regarding the warranty of any products purchased from Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd please state your complaint in writing and send it to the postal details at the bottom of this page.
